Do I have come to the conclusion that I need to schedule certain aspects of my daily life. My schedule is pretty hectic and sporadic so I am gonna start by just scheduling my work week. Monday through Thursday should all be the same but I will include Friday for simplicity.
Here is a brief idea.
5 am wake up
bathroom
shower
get dressed
530 breafast
brush teeth
set daily goals
6 am work
work til approx 5
relax or work on hobbies til 6 then eat dinner.
after dinner work on chores or other works til 8
8 brush teeth.
no sugar drinks after 8
10 bed
This should be a pretty simple schedule to follow and build on :)
